Service

Mention.bot monitors supported public sources for queries you configure and uses automated relevance checks to identify possible matches. Source availability, match accuracy, and delivery times can vary. A match is not a guarantee that the content is accurate or complete.

Accounts and acceptable use

Provide accurate account details and keep your credentials and access tokens secure. Use the service only if you can enter into this agreement under applicable law. Do not use it to harass people, send spam, break the law, defeat access controls, or bypass usage limits. Respect the rights of people whose content appears in results and the terms applicable to external sources.

Free and paid access

Free includes one active alert. Pro costs US$19 per month and includes ten active alerts. Prices include applicable taxes. Stripe processes payments. Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel renewal before the next billing date in the billing portal or through our public cancellation form. Access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no automatic overage charges.

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of entering the contract. Send a clear statement to Cihan Tas, Senzkerstraße 6, 13591 Berlin, Germany, email cihan@unfollow.io, or use the cancellation form. You may use this wording: “I withdraw from my Mention.bot subscription purchased on [date]. Name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is required only for a paper notice. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

For withdrawal within this period, we refund all payments for the purchase within 14 days after receiving the notice, using the original payment method without a refund fee. We do not deduct service charges during this period. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Availability and account closure

We may change or suspend a source when it becomes unavailable or cannot be supported. We may suspend misuse of the service. Contact us to close your account or request deletion. Closing an account and cancelling any paid renewal must be coordinated so that no unwanted renewal continues.

Responsibility

Use your own judgment before acting on a result. Third-party content remains the responsibility of its author. Our responsibility and your remedies are governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy describes data processing and contact options. We publish revisions to these terms with a fixed date and provide additional notice when required.
